After falling in love with A House Is A Body I was eagerly awaiting whatever Shruti Swamy would come out with next. This full length novel did not disappoint. The writing style is unmistakably Swamy. The dreamy, melancholy, artful writing that Swamy employs translates well to this longer form. Soaking in Swamy's use of language is what I really love about her, and I suspect I could enjoy reading about any subject matter in this style. That being said, the subject matter was interesting enough on it's own.
